WORCESTER -Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) has announced that April Solon of Longmeadow, a member of the class of 2017 majoring in biology and biotechnology, was named to the university’s Dean’s List for academic excellence for the fall 2015 semester.
A total of 1,238 undergraduate students achieved the criteria required for WPI’s fall 2015 Dean’s List. The criteria for the WPI Dean’s List differ from that of most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean’s List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.
BEVERLY – Endicott College is pleased to announce the Dean’s List students for fall, 2015. In order to qualify for the Dean’s List, a student must obtain a minimum grade point average of 3.5, receive no grade below a “C”, have no withdrawal grades, and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits for the semester.

Michael John Garrity is the son of Mark & Debra Garrity of Longmeadow, MA. Michael is a Senior majoring in Computer Science.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY = Meghan Jones of Longmeadow is a member of the Class of 2017 and is majoring in English.

NORTH ANDOVER – Merrimack College has announced Longmeadow students Michelle Nadeau, Michael Scuderi, and Michael Walen have achieved Dean’s List status for fall 2015. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must earn a 3.25 GPA or higher based on a 4.0 grading system.
Western New England University
SPRINGFIELD -Austin Percy of Longmeadow has been named to the President’s List at Western New England for the fall semester of 2015. Percy is working toward a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Students are named to the President’s List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.80 or higher.
